This Refund Policy explains when Band9prep Education, Inc. ("Band9prep," "we," "us," or "our") provides refunds for paid subscriptions to our IELTS preparation services.
Refund Eligibility Window
a. Monthly plans: You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the initial charge date.
b. Quarterly plans: You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the initial charge date.
The refund window starts at the transaction timestamp shown on your payment receipt and is measured in calendar days.
c. After the applicable refund window, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Example: If your monthly charge is on April 1 at 10:00 UTC, the refund deadline is April 8 at 10:00 UTC. If your quarterly charge is on April 1 at 10:00 UTC, the deadline is April 15 at 10:00 UTC.What Qualifies as an Eligible Request
To be eligible, your request must:
a. Be submitted within the correct window above.
b. Be submitted by the account holder or payer.
c. Include the billing email and basic purchase details so we can verify the transaction.
d. Describe the issue briefly (optional but helpful).Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges outside the eligible refund window. If canceled, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless refunded.Renewals and Duplicate Charges
a. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable after the relevant refund window.
b. If you were charged by mistake (for example, duplicate billing), contact us and we will investigate and correct it where appropriate.
c. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.Discounts, Promotions, and Plan Changes
a. Purchases made with discounts or promotions follow the same 7-day (monthly) and 14-day (quarterly) refund windows unless a promotion explicitly states different terms.
b. If you upgrade or switch plans, a new refund window applies to the new charge based on that plan type.How to Request a Refund

c. If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method.
d. After approval, most refunds appear within 5-10 business days, but bank or card providers may take additional time to post funds.Partial Refunds, Taxes, and Fees
a. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds outside the eligible refund window unless required by law.
b. Approved refunds include subscription charges and applicable taxes where legally refundable.
c. Payment processor or bank fees charged by third parties may not be refundable.Policy Abuse and Chargebacks
We may refuse requests that are fraudulent or abusive. Before filing a chargeback, contact us so we can resolve billing issues directly.Third-Party Purchases
